Command Center
Every add-on opens into its own Command Center — a live status hub with quick access to every screen and one-click sample data loading, so you can evaluate a whole module in minutes.
Overview
Command Center is the hub screen every vertical add-on opens into at its root route — Legal opens into its own Command Center, Energy into its own, Manufacturing into its own, and so on for all 16 add-ons. It replaces a blank first screen with a live status view, a set of shortcuts into every screen the module owns, and a one-click way to load realistic sample data.
The same shell is used across every add-on, so once you've learned one Command Center, you already know how to read all of them. Only the content — status text, sample data groups, and the list of screens in the Quick Access Matrix — changes from one add-on to the next.
Agent Status Bar
A live-status strip at the top of the screen shows what's happening in the module — pending items, recent activity, or a short summary of what needs attention.
Quick Access Matrix
A grid of shortcuts into every screen the add-on owns, grouped exactly the way that module's own sidebar groups them — Admin & Access, Operational Setup, and the module's own execution screens.
Load Sample Data
A one-click action that loads realistic sample records into your own tenant, grouped by area so you can pick exactly what you want. Merge-only — nothing you already have is overwritten.
Consistent Everywhere
All 16 add-ons — Legal, Energy, Manufacturing, Healthcare, RevOps, Insurance, Hospitality, Government, Real Estate, Customs, and more — use the exact same layout.
Quick Start
- Open any add-on from the sidebar or from My Apps — you land on that add-on's Command Center automatically.
- Read the status bar at the top for a one-line summary of what's happening in the module right now.
- If the module is empty, click Load Sample Data to populate it with realistic sample records — pick the groups you want, or leave every group checked to load everything.
- Use the Quick Access Matrix at the bottom of the screen to jump straight into any screen in the module.
Load Sample Data
Every Command Center that supports it shows a Load Sample Data action when the module has no data yet. Clicking it opens a small dialog listing the module's sample data groups — for example, an "Admin & Access" group covering roles and staff, a "Master Data" group covering the module's core setup records, and one or more groups covering day-to-day operational records.
Every group is checked by default, so the fastest path is to leave everything selected and click Load Selected. Uncheck any group you don't want — for example, load only the operational records and skip the admin/roles group if your roles are already set up.
Safe to run more than once
Loading sample data never overwrites anything you already have. Existing records are always left exactly as they are — only records that don't exist yet are added. This means you can safely click Load Sample Data again later, for example after removing a group of test records, without worrying about losing your own data.
The sample data loads directly into your own tenant. Nobody else — no other company, no other tenant on the platform — can see it, and it never shows up in anyone else's account.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Brand-new tenant, module never used | All groups load cleanly — a fully populated module in one click. |
| Some records already exist | Only the missing sample records are added; your existing records are untouched. |
| Running it again later | Nothing new is added if the sample records are already present — completely safe to repeat. |
Quick Access Matrix
The bottom section of every Command Center is a grid of shortcuts into the module's own screens. The grid is split into the same groups you'd see in that add-on's sidebar — typically an "Admin & Access" group for roles and staff, an "Operational Setup" group for master data screens, and one or more groups for the module's day-to-day execution screens.
Clicking any shortcut takes you straight to that screen, without needing to find it in the sidebar first. This is especially useful right after loading sample data — you can jump directly to the screen you want to check first.
