No — operational master data is open to any Agriculture role-holder. Only Roles and Farm Workforce need admin.

What if the Agriculture package isn’t active?

ModuleGuard shows the Level-1 paywall until the tenant activates the package.

Can I edit master data later?

Yes; these are editable master-data screens. Existing records keep their references.

Where do these appear in the UI?

In the Operational Setup sidebar group and My Apps, never under Administration & Access.
