Roles are assigned on the Construction Staff & Team governance screen. A person may carry a Construction role alongside roles in other add-ons via multi-hat assignment.

Are seeded roles editable?

Yes — they are templates. A Construction role builder sees only CONSTRUCTION + GLOBAL capabilities.

Which roles are approvers?

Project Manager (milestone approval) and Safety Officer (safety inspections) hold approver capabilities.

Can a Foreman approve milestones?

No — milestone approval needs construction:milestone:approve, held by Project Manager by default.

Who assigns Construction roles?

Tenant admins and users with staff-management authority, from the Construction Staff & Team screen under Administration & Access.
