White Label
Rebrand TotalApp for your organisation or clients — app name, logo, colours, custom themes, and social links.
What is White Label?
White Label lets you present TotalApp under your own brand identity — no source code changes required. Every setting is applied in real time and affects all users on the same TotalApp instance immediately.
App Name
Replace "TotalApp" with your company name throughout the UI — browser tab, header, welcome messages.
Logo
Upload your own full and small logo variants for the sidebar and header bar.
Primary Colour
Change the accent colour used across buttons, active states, progress bars, and AI panel highlights.
Custom Themes
Override any CSS design token per theme without touching source files.
Social Links
Configure social media URLs shown in the app footer for your organisation.
Screen preview
A quick look at the screens. Use the toggle in the corner of each preview to switch between the dark and light themes.

Where to Find White Label Settings
White Label is a dedicated section in TotalApp — accessible from the sidebar (look for the White Label icon) or by navigating to Settings → White Label in the in-app settings panel. It is intentionally separate from the regular Settings tabs because it controls instance-wide branding rather than per-user preferences.
Instance-wide scope
White label settings apply to the entire TotalApp instance — all users on the same server see the same branding. They are persisted server-side at /api/data/white-label.json and loaded on every page open.
Quick Start
- Open White Label from the sidebar.
- Enter your App Name — this appears in the browser tab and header.
- Upload your Full Logo (for expanded sidebar) and Small Logo (for collapsed sidebar).
- Pick your Primary Colour using the colour picker or by typing a hex code.
- Optionally configure Custom Themes for advanced CSS token overrides.
- Add Social Links for your company's profiles.
- Changes save automatically — no Save button required.
Resetting to Defaults
To revert to TotalApp's default branding, clear all custom fields in the White Label panel and save. The app name, logos, and primary colour return to their built-in values. Custom theme overrides must be deleted manually from the theme editor.
