Beyond the two governance screens (Roles, Staff) and the three master-data screens, HostOps groups its operational screens into five sub-groups. Operational screens ship as guided placeholders today.

Housekeeping & Room Operations

Housekeeping Live Board — real-time room status (Clean / Dirty / In Inspection / Out of Order) synced with the front desk / PMS check-in and checkout flow.
Room Attendant Dispatch — dynamic cleaning-order assignment with VIP / early check-in prioritization and mobile photo confirmation.
Linen & Amenity Inventory — amenity/towel/linen stock levels, laundry flow and loss/damage tracking.

Banquet & Event Operations (BEO)

BEO Master Hub — detailed banquet event orders (menu, layout, AV/tech, staffing, timeline) with version control and cross-department distribution.
Floor Plan & Layout Designer — table/stage layouts with capacity simulation and seating-plan approval.
Kitchen & Catering Execution — live production matrix tied to BEOs, with dietary/allergen and VIP catering tracking.

Engineering & Maintenance

Asset & Equipment Registry — QR-coded records for elevators, HVAC, pumps and kitchen equipment with warranty/service history.
Work Order & Dispatch Center — priority routing of fault reports to on-call technicians with SLA tracking.
Preventive Maintenance Scheduler — statutory/periodic maintenance with automatic checklists and measurement logs.

Guest Relations & Shift Operations

Guest Request & Incident Log — live status with automatic escalation on response delays.
Service Recovery & Compensation Tracker — compensations against budget with NPS/CSAT impact.
VIP & Preferences Master — special preferences and pre-arrival checklists.
Shift Roster & Swap Matrix and Overtime & Casual Labor Tracker — 7/24 rostering and event casual-labor time/cost.

AI Assistant on Roles & Staff

The two governance screens — Roles & Capabilities and the Hospitality Staff & Team screen — each carry an embedded AI Assistant, opened from the right-edge AI Assistant tab. Both read the live data on screen and reply in Markdown (Turkish or English).

Staff assistant — summarizes the team by role/branch, flags members with no Hospitality role assigned, highlights role types with no coverage (e.g. no Maintenance Technician or Front Desk), and suggests which role fits a described hospitality job. Operational team structure only — never payroll or personal HR data.
Roles assistant — reviews the permission model for least-privilege and separation-of-duties (see Roles & Capabilities).

On both screens you can tick rows to scope the chat, then Analyze selected / Summarize selected; save any answer with Save as Report, or attach reference material with Add Knowledge.

Engine-aware

Both assistants honor your Settings → Agentic writer engine (Ollama / local-LLM / in-browser stay on-device; API / Local-CLI route through the server).

Hospitality — Screen Workflows
