My Tests

Quizzes and assessments you have authored or taken in the Quiz Engine.

Overview

My Tests is the personal view for the Quiz Engine module. It shows all quizzes and assessments you have created (authored) and all quizzes you have attempted (taken), along with your scores and completion status. This gives you a complete picture of your activity in the Quiz Engine without navigating the full LMS hierarchy.

Key Features

Authored Quizzes

All quizzes you built are listed in the Authored tab. Edit, duplicate, publish, or delete them from here.

Taken Quizzes

Every quiz attempt is recorded with your score, time taken, and pass/fail result in the Taken tab.

Score History

See multiple attempts on the same quiz ranked by date — useful for tracking improvement over time.

AI Quiz Builder

Use the AI Assistant to generate a new quiz from a topic description in natural language.

Export Results

Export your test results to Excel or CSV for record-keeping or sharing with a manager.

Filter & Search

Filter by status (All, Passed, Failed, In Progress) and search by quiz title.

Quick Start

  1. Go to My Workspace → My Tests.
  2. Click New Quiz to open the quiz builder, or type a topic in the AI Assistant panel to generate one automatically.
  3. To take a quiz, find it in the list and click Start.
  4. After completing a quiz, the result is saved automatically in the Taken tab.

Tip — AI Quiz Assistant

Open the AI Assistant panel and type "Create a 10-question quiz on SQL joins". The assistant generates the full quiz and adds it to your authored list ready to publish or take.

FAQ

Can I share a quiz with other users?
Yes — publish the quiz from the Authored tab. Published quizzes appear in the quiz catalog for all users in your organisation. You can also share a direct link to the quiz from the share menu.
Where are quiz results stored?
Quiz results are stored server-side scoped to your user account. They persist across sessions and browser restarts.
