My Diagrams

Flowcharts, mind maps, and architecture diagrams — all your visual thinking in one place.

Overview

My Diagrams is your personal library of visual diagrams created within TotalApp. It aggregates flowcharts, mind maps, system architecture diagrams, and any other canvas-based visuals you have saved. Diagrams are stored server-side and scoped to your user account.

Where diagrams come from

Diagrams are created primarily via the Workflow Editor (canvas nodes and connections) and any other canvas-based tool in TotalApp. Once saved, they appear in My Diagrams automatically.

Key Features

Grid & List Views

Switch between a card grid (thumbnail preview) and a compact list view using the view-mode toggle in the toolbar.

Search & Filter

Search diagrams by name or filter by diagram type (flowchart, mind map, architecture) using the filter bar.

Open in Editor

Click any diagram to open it in the full canvas editor where you can modify nodes, edges, and layouts.

Export

Export diagrams as PNG, SVG, or JSON for use in presentations, documentation, or external tools.

Rename & Delete

Right-click or use the context menu on any diagram to rename, duplicate, or permanently delete it.

Server Persistence

All diagrams are saved to the server-backed JSON store — no data is lost on page refresh.

Quick Start

  1. Navigate to My Workspace → My Diagrams in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Diagram to open a blank canvas in the Workflow Editor.
  3. Design your diagram using nodes from the Node Palette and connect them with edges.
  4. Click Save — the diagram appears in My Diagrams automatically.
  5. From My Diagrams, click any tile to re-open it in the editor.

FAQ

Can I share a diagram with a team member?
Direct sharing is not yet available in My Diagrams. You can export the diagram as JSON and send it to a colleague, who can then import it into their own canvas.
Is there a limit on how many diagrams I can save?
There is no hard limit on diagram count. Very large diagrams (hundreds of nodes) may experience slower load times due to JSON serialisation size.
