App Modes

TotalApp works with App Modes tailored to different industries and use cases. Each mode brings the screens and tools specific to that area to the forefront.

Tip

You can switch between modes at any time using the mode switcher button in the top menu. Different screens come to the forefront in each mode.

No. TotalApp is designed for non-technical users. It has an intuitive interface and most screens can be learned within minutes.

How do I invite team members?

You can invite your team members by email from Settings → Account. You can assign different roles and permission levels to each member.

Which devices can I access from?

TotalApp is web-based — you can access it from any modern browser on a computer, tablet or mobile device. No separate app download is required.
