TotalApp Docs

Website

Build and manage your company's public web presence directly from TotalApp — blogs, careers, legal pages, support centers, and more.

Overview

The Website module in TotalApp gives your team a unified place to manage every public-facing page of your company website. From blog posts and job listings to legal documents and customer testimonials, all content is authored, published, and maintained without leaving TotalApp.

No external CMS is required. Content changes are saved to your tenant and can be pushed to your live site through your chosen publishing channel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does TotalApp host my website?
TotalApp stores and manages your website content but does not host your public website. You connect TotalApp to your existing hosting platform or use our API to pull content into your site at build time.
Can multiple team members edit website content?
Yes. Any TotalApp user with the appropriate role can create and edit website content. Changes are saved per user so you can track who made which edits.
Is there a preview mode?
Each content screen includes a preview that renders the content as it will appear on your site. This lets you review formatting and layout before publishing.
