Build embeddable web forms for lead capture, contact requests, surveys, and more.

Overview

The Form Manager lets you create custom web forms without writing any code. Forms can be embedded on your website via a script snippet or iframe, and submissions are stored in TotalApp where they can feed directly into your CRM or trigger automations.

Drag-and-Drop Builder

Add fields including text, email, phone, dropdown, checkbox, date, and file upload by dragging them into the form canvas.

Validation Rules

Set required fields, character limits, regex patterns, and email format checks per field.

CRM Integration

Map form fields to CRM contact properties so each submission automatically creates or updates a lead record.

Embed Code

Copy the generated embed snippet and paste it into any HTML page to display the form.

Submission Inbox

All form submissions are saved in TotalApp with a timestamp, source URL, and field values.

FAQ

Are form submissions protected against spam?
Forms include a honeypot field for basic spam filtering. CAPTCHA integration is available as an optional add-on.
Can I export submissions to Excel?
Yes. Open the Submissions Inbox for any form and click Export to download all responses as a CSV or Excel file.
