Overview

Career Manager extends the Careers Page by adding a full applicant tracking pipeline. While the Careers Page handles the public listing of open roles, Career Manager tracks every candidate through the hiring stages from application received to offer sent.

Candidate Profiles

Each applicant has a profile with their CV, cover letter, contact details, and interview notes.

Any team member involved in hiring can leave structured notes on each candidate.

Does Career Manager connect to the HR Personnel module?
Yes. When a candidate is marked as Hired, you can create a new employee record in Employees with one click, pre-filled from the candidate profile.
