Frequently Asked Questions

Can I create my own custom templates from scratch?
Yes. Build a layout in the editor and save it as a new template instead of exporting it directly. Custom templates appear alongside the built-in library and can be tagged with categories so your team can find them by search later.
Will templates automatically use my brand colors and logo?
Brand Kit Templates are locked to your saved brand colors, fonts, and logo, so any template from that category applies your identity automatically. Other template types can still be manually restyled to match your brand before saving.
What are dynamic fields and how do I use them?
Dynamic fields (such as name, date, or offer) are placeholders inside a template that update automatically when the underlying data changes, so you don't have to manually edit repeated campaign assets one by one.
Can my team share templates and control who can edit them?
Yes. Templates support team sharing with permission controls, so you can decide who can view, use, or edit a given template. Every change is also tracked in version history, making it easy to review or revert past edits.
