Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a "seat"?

A seat is any user who creates or edits items — tasks, records, invoices, and so on. Viewers who only need read access are free and unlimited on every plan.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, every plan includes a free trial with no credit card required, so you can explore the modules before committing.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. Your workspace stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to read-only access.
