PPTX Auditor

Overview

PPTX Auditor analyses PowerPoint presentations for content quality, slide consistency, design standards, and messaging clarity. Upload a .pptx file and receive a structured audit report with findings and recommendations.

Running an Audit

1. Go to Developer Tools → PPTX Auditor.
2. Click Upload Presentation and select a .pptx file (max 50 MB).
3. Select the audit profile: Investor Deck, Sales Deck, Internal Report, or General.
4. Click Run Audit. Analysis takes 15–60 seconds depending on deck size.
5. The audit report appears with findings grouped by category.

Audit Categories

• Content — checks for missing slide types, weak CTAs, unsupported claims
• Consistency — checks for inconsistent fonts, colour usage, logo placement
• Design — checks for cluttered slides, low contrast text, small font sizes
• Messaging — evaluates clarity, jargon level, and narrative flow across slides
• Data — checks for missing sources on charts, inconsistent units

Audit Report

The report shows each finding as a card with severity (Critical / Warning / Suggestion), the slide number, a description, and a recommended fix.

Export the full report as PDF using the Export Report button at the top of the results panel.
