Frequently Asked Questions

Can I post to multiple platforms at the same time?
Yes. Select any combination of connected platforms in the composer and Post Creation will publish the same post to all of them at once, automatically adapting the content to each platform's character limit and media requirements.
What happens if my post exceeds a platform's character limit?
The character counter for each selected platform updates live as you type and turns red when you go over the limit (e.g. 280 characters for Twitter/X). You won't be able to publish to a platform whose limit is exceeded until the content is trimmed for that platform.
Can I customize the same post differently for each platform?
Yes. While you can write once and post everywhere, you can also edit the preview for an individual platform to tweak the wording, hashtags, or media before publishing — useful since Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X audiences often expect different tones.
Do I need to publish immediately, or can I schedule the post for later?
You can do either. Use "Publish" to post right away, or send the composed post to the Social Scheduler to queue it for a specific date and time across all selected platforms.
