PM Reports

Analytics and status reports for all projects — velocity, completion rates, and team performance at a glance.

Overview

PM Reports is the analytics sub-view of the Project Management module. It aggregates data across all your projects and presents charts, KPIs, and exportable tables covering task completion velocity, overdue rates, team workload distribution, and project health scores. No data entry is needed — all metrics are computed from the tasks and projects already in the system.

Available Reports

Task Completion Rate

Percentage of tasks completed vs total tasks per project, shown as a bar chart and summary table. Updated in real time as tasks are closed.

Overdue Tasks

Count and list of tasks past their due date, grouped by project and assignee. Highlights the highest-risk projects immediately.

Velocity Chart

Week-over-week task closure rate. Useful for identifying whether a project is accelerating or stalling as a deadline approaches.

Team Workload

Per-member task count (open vs completed) plotted as a horizontal bar chart — identifies overloaded and underutilised team members.

Priority Distribution

Donut chart showing the mix of Critical / High / Medium / Low tasks across all active projects.

Project Health Score

A computed 0–100 score per project based on overdue tasks, completion rate, and days to deadline. Red / amber / green traffic-light summary.

Quick Start

Go to Project Management → PM Reports in the sidebar.
Use the Project filter at the top to focus on one project or keep All Projects selected for a portfolio view.
Use the Date range picker to zoom into a sprint period or quarter.
Click Export to Excel to download all report tables as a spreadsheet.

Tip — Weekly status meeting

Filter PM Reports to the current sprint's date range and share the screen during your weekly stand-up. The project health traffic lights give instant visibility without scrolling through Kanban columns.

Export Options

Export to Excel — all report tables as separate sheets in one .xlsx file.
Export chart as PNG — right-click any chart and choose Save Image.
Save as Report — generates a markdown summary using the AI Reports assistant and saves it to My Reports.

FAQ

How often is the data refreshed?

PM Reports reads live data from the project store on every page load and on every manual Refresh click. There is no scheduled polling — data is always as current as the last page load.

Can I schedule a weekly report to be emailed?

Automated email scheduling is not yet available. You can export the report manually and attach it to an email, or use the Automation module to trigger a report export on a schedule.
