My Presentations

AI-generated presentations saved and managed from your personal library.

Overview

My Presentations stores all presentations generated by TotalApp's Presentation Wizard. Each time you generate a presentation using the AI Presentation node in the Workflow Editor or the standalone Presentation Wizard, the output is automatically saved here for future viewing, editing, exporting, and sharing.

Presentation Cards

Each presentation is displayed as a card (or row in list view) showing:

  • Title — the presentation title, derived from the topic you provided to the Wizard.
  • Slide count — total number of slides in the presentation.
  • Created date — when the presentation was generated.
  • Source topic — the original topic or prompt that was used to generate the content.

Toggle between grid and list view using the view mode toggle in the filter bar. Grid view shows a thumbnail of the first slide for quick visual scanning.

Viewing Slides

Click View on any presentation card to open the slide viewer. The viewer displays one slide at a time with full-screen support:

  • Navigate — use the left/right arrow buttons or keyboard arrow keys to move between slides.
  • Pagination indicator — shows "Slide 3 of 12" so you always know your position.
  • Full-screen mode — click the expand icon to enter full-screen. Press Escape to exit. Ideal for presenting directly from TotalApp.

Present Directly from TotalApp

You can use the full-screen slide viewer as a lightweight presentation mode — navigate slides with keyboard arrows and the dark glass UI fades away, leaving only the slide content and navigation controls. No export needed for internal presentations.

Editing Slides

To edit slide content, click Edit on any presentation card (or use the Edit button inside the viewer). The editor shows all slides in sequence. Click a slide to edit its text content directly in an inline text editor. Changes are auto-saved as you type — there is no separate Save button for individual slide edits.

You can also reorder slides by dragging their cards within the editor. Add new slides with the "+" button at the end of the slide list.

AI Assistant

The AI assistant for My Presentations understands the content of all your saved presentations. Example prompts:

Summarise my Q3 Strategy presentation in 3 bullet points Suggest a stronger conclusion slide for my Product Roadmap Which of my presentations has the most slides? Rewrite slide 5 of my Sales Deck in a more persuasive tone

The assistant has access to all slide titles and body content across all your saved presentations, enabling cross-presentation analysis.

Export

Click Export as PDF from the presentation card's context menu or from inside the viewer. TotalApp renders each slide and packages them into a PDF file that you can share, print, or attach to an email.

PDF Export Notes

The PDF export preserves slide layout, text content, and any background colours. Custom fonts from external sources may not render correctly in the PDF if they are not available on the server. Standard system fonts (sans-serif, serif, monospace) are always safe.

Linking to Projects

Associate a presentation with a PM project by clicking Link to Project in the card's ... context menu. Choose a project from the picker. Once linked, the presentation appears as a resource in the My Projects screen for that project, giving the whole team contextual access without leaving the PM workflow.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do presentations in this library come from?
Every presentation saved here was generated by TotalApp's AI — either through the standalone Presentation Wizard or the AI Presentation node inside the Workflow Editor. There is no manual "create blank presentation" option in this screen; it is a library of AI-generated output, not a presentation authoring tool from scratch.
Are my slide edits saved automatically, or do I need to click Save?
Edits are auto-saved as you type in the inline text editor — there is no separate Save button for individual slide content changes. Reordering slides by drag-and-drop and adding new slides with the "+" button are also persisted immediately.
Can I present directly from TotalApp without exporting to PDF first?
Yes. Open the slide viewer and click the expand icon to enter full-screen mode. This gives you a lightweight presentation experience with keyboard arrow navigation and the dark glass UI hidden, so only the slide content and navigation controls remain visible. Press Escape to exit. Exporting to PDF is only necessary if you need to share the file externally or print it.
Will custom fonts show up correctly in my exported PDF?
Standard system fonts (sans-serif, serif, monospace) always render correctly. Custom fonts from external sources may not render as expected in the PDF export if they are not available on the server performing the export — layout, text content, and background colours are otherwise preserved faithfully.
