All Tasks

A cross-project task board — every task from every project visible to you in one filterable view.

Overview

All Tasks is the team-level task aggregator in Project Management mode. It shows every task across every project the current user has access to — not just tasks assigned to them. Project managers use it to get a bird's-eye view of overall progress, identify blockers, and reassign work without opening each project's Kanban board individually.

All Tasks vs My Tasks

All Tasks (this screen) — shows all tasks across all accessible projects, regardless of assignee. Intended for project managers and team leads.
My Tasks — shows only tasks assigned to the current user. Intended for individual contributors.

Key Features

Cross-Project View

Tasks from all projects the user has read access to are loaded into a single unified list.

Filter by Project

Use the project filter dropdown to narrow the list to one or more projects at a time.

Filter by Assignee

Filter by team member to see the full workload of any individual — useful for capacity planning.

Status & Priority Filters

Combine status (To Do, In Progress, Done, Overdue) and priority (Critical, High, Medium, Low) filters to slice the data.

Inline Status Update

Change a task's status directly from the All Tasks list without opening the project Kanban board.

List & Grid Views

Toggle between a dense table list and a card grid view using the view-mode control in the toolbar.

Quick Start

  1. Navigate to Project Management → All Tasks in the sidebar.
  2. By default all projects are shown — use the Project filter to focus on one.
  3. Sort by Due Date to surface overdue and upcoming tasks immediately.
  4. Click any task row to open its detail panel and edit title, assignee, due date, or status.

Tip — Capacity planning

Filter by assignee and sort by due date to quickly check whether a team member is overloaded before assigning new work.

FAQ

Can I create a new task from All Tasks?
Yes — click Add Task in the toolbar. You must select a project for the new task because All Tasks is not scoped to a single project by default.
Does All Tasks show tasks from archived projects?
No. Archived projects are excluded from All Tasks. To see archived project tasks, un-archive the project first or view the project directly.
