TotalApp Docs

Marketing & Sales

Social scheduling, CRM, sales pipeline, and AI-powered ecommerce analytics.

What's Included

TotalApp's Marketing & Sales module brings together five screens covering the full customer journey — from awareness through social media, to lead capture in the CRM, through to deal closing in the sales pipeline, and post-purchase analytics via Shopify. Each screen is independent but they share a common visual language and data model.

Feature Grid

Social Scheduler

Plan and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok. View your content calendar in list or monthly grid view. Set publish date, time, and platform per post.

CRM

Manage contacts, leads, and deals from a single dashboard. Track deal stages in a Kanban pipeline, log activities against contacts, and filter by stage, source, or owner.

Sales Pipeline

Visual sales funnel with deal volume and value at every stage. Identify conversion bottlenecks, track rep performance, and forecast quarterly revenue based on deal close dates and probability scores.

Ecommerce Reports

Shopify-connected AI analytics. Ask questions in plain language about products, orders, and customers. Save AI responses as reports and link them to PM projects for cross-team visibility.

Ad Writer

AI-powered ad copy generator. Produce headlines, body copy, and CTAs for Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads. Generate multiple variants for A/B testing from a single brief.

AI Integration

The Ecommerce Reports screen connects live Shopify data to an AI assistant panel. When you open the panel and ask a question, TotalApp fetches your actual store data (products, orders, customers) via the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and injects it into the AI's context. Claude then answers your question as if it has direct access to your store — no data exports required.

Live Data, Not Snapshots

The AI assistant in Ecommerce Reports always queries live Shopify data at the time you ask your question. There is no scheduled sync or cache — each request fetches the latest products, orders, and customers directly from your Shopify store. Click the Refresh button in the header to force a fresh data pull before opening the assistant.
