Frequently Asked Questions
What blocks a contract approval?
The user needs legal.contract.approve. Associates and Paralegals can draft but not approve.
Can a Paralegal file with a court?
No — court filing needs legal.court.file, which Paralegals don’t have by default. Grant a custom role if needed.
Do these workflows require the package?
Yes; every Legal screen is guarded, so the tenant must own the Legal package and the user must hold a Legal role.
