Module Overview

The Hospitality & Events Operations add-on (HostOps) — package id hospitality, domain HOSPITALITY — is a wired, purchasable package gated by a tenant entitlement and per-user Hospitality roles. It unifies the front-of-house, housekeeping, banquet, engineering and guest-relations chains that run a hotel, resort or events venue.

Operational HostOps screens ship as guided placeholders today; the module is wired and active-by-default so a tenant admin can already see the structure while the screens are built out. The Roles and Staff screens are fully live — each with an embedded AI Assistant.

Hospitality ships with 8 out-of-the-box capabilities. Approver capabilities carry sign-off authority.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to use the Hospitality add-on?

The tenant must have the Hospitality package activated, and your user must hold a Hospitality domain role. See Domain Roles & Capabilities.

Can a Hospitality user see other add-ons’ data?

No. A Hospitality role exposes only HOSPITALITY and GLOBAL capabilities.

Where is this add-on’s data stored?

Under the tenant’s per-module folder on the server (roles in roles/roles.json).

Do the Roles and Staff screens have an AI Assistant?

Yes — both ship with an embedded AI Assistant (selection-aware, with Save as Report and Add Knowledge). See Screen Workflows.
