Operational Setup & Master Data

Every HostOps add-on screen is split into two governance groups — Administration & Access (admin-only) and Operational Setup (Master Data) (open to any user holding a Hospitality domain role). The master-data screens define the physical and service backbone your operations run on.

Master-data screens

Screen	What it defines
Guest & Customer Directory	Facility-wide database of guests and event organizers — loyalty tiers, stay/event history, preferences (pillow type, dietary/allergen limits) and VIP status.
Facilities & Spaces Catalog	Physical hierarchy: buildings, blocks, floors, room types (Suite, Deluxe, Standard) and event venues (ballroom, poolside, meeting rooms) with area, capacity and AV/tech specs.
Service, Menu & Equipment Catalog	Banquet (BEO) menus, room-service items, rental technical equipment, amenities and maintenance service items with unit pricing.

Administration & Access

Two System/Governance screens are admin-only (TenantAdmin / SystemAdmin): the Roles screen and the Hospitality Staff & Team screen. They control security, entitlements and team membership, and are hidden from non-admins in the sidebar and My Apps. See Domain Roles & Capabilities.
