The Banquet & Event Operations (BEO) group brings together the three screens that take an event from signed contract to plated dinner: BEO Master Hub, Floor Plan & Spatial Layout Designer, and Kitchen & Banquet Catering Execution.

Across these three screens, TotalApp applies one simple principle: a background smart-search check runs only where it is actually needed — against legal contracts, safety regulations and building codes. Everywhere else, the screens run on a high-speed live operational store, with an AI layer synthesizing what is happening right now rather than searching documents. This keeps the two screens that touch contracts and safety codes protected against costly mistakes, while the live kitchen floor stays fast and uninterrupted.

Because zero-delay, high-speed live operation comes first, all data is processed directly from live operational memory. Instead of scanning documents, the AI layer tracks service pacing and kitchen-to-floor timing risk in real time.
