Overview

Reporting & Analytics Hub is where Finance surfaces its higher-level financial reports — the health-check screens management and finance teams check regularly, rather than the transaction-entry screens. It is one of the five hubs reachable from Finance Hub and is only shown in the sidebar when Hub view mode is active.

Two of its three sub-screens are live today; Cash Flow Report is a reserved navigation entry for functionality that has not shipped yet.

Its content renders in place — no full page navigation

Two of the three sub-screens are live today: Profit & Loss reuses the standalone Profit & Loss screen’s component, and Budget Tracking reuses Budget Forecasting’s component — both driven by the same underlying Finance data as Grid View, so there is nothing to reconcile between the two view modes. Numbers you see in either report reflect the same ledger and budget data regardless of which navigation path (Hub or Grid) you used to reach them.

Cash Flow Report is not yet live

This sub-screen exists as a navigation entry inside the hub but renders only a placeholder today — there is no equivalent Grid View screen for it, so a dedicated cash-inflow/outflow report is not yet available anywhere in TotalApp.

Same data, different navigation

Reporting & Analytics Hub only appears in the sidebar in Hub view mode. In Grid view mode, the same live functionality is reachable directly through the standalone Profit & Loss and Budget & Forecasting entries. Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Profit & Loss report here the same figures as the standalone Profit & Loss screen in Grid View?

Yes. Both render the exact same ProfitAndLoss component reading the same ledger data — revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses and net profit figures are identical regardless of which view mode you use to reach the report.

What happens if I click Cash Flow Report?

You’ll see a placeholder screen with a “Soon” badge. A dedicated cash-inflow/outflow report has not shipped yet, so there is no functional screen behind this entry in any view mode.

Does Budget Tracking here use the same budgets as the standalone Budget & Forecasting screen?

Yes. Budget Tracking renders the same BudgetForecasting component and reads the same planned-vs-actual spend data by category — a budget entered from either navigation path is visible from the other immediately.

Can I get a cash flow view today by combining other Finance screens?

There is no dedicated substitute yet. Until Cash Flow Report ships, the closest available data is spread across Financial Accounts (account balances and movements) and Profit & Loss (revenue and expense totals), but neither presents a true cash inflow/outflow statement.
