Enterprise Operations Guide

Complete reference for TotalApp's enterprise modules — Finance, HR, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Purchase, and more.

What is Enterprise Operations?

TotalApp's Enterprise Operations suite covers every core business process in a unified workspace. All modules share a common data model, so information entered once flows automatically into related screens — no manual export or import required.

Single Source of Truth

Every employee, product, order, invoice, and asset record is stored once and referenced across Finance, HR, Warehouse, Sales, and the remaining modules simultaneously. Changes propagate in real time.

Module Overview

The enterprise modules are organised into four operational domains.

Finance

Accounting, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, Invoicing, Budget & Forecasting, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Accounts.

Human Resources

Warehouse & Logistics

Sales & Commerce

Getting Started

Follow these steps to activate the Enterprise Operations modules for your workspace.

1. Open Settings
2. App Modes tab
3. Enable modules
4. Add first records

Data Isolation

Every enterprise module is fully tenant-scoped. Data entered by one tenant is never visible to another. New tenants start with an empty workspace — no sample data is pre-loaded.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use only some modules?
Yes. Every module is independently enabled through Settings → App Modes. You can activate only Finance and HR without enabling Warehouse or Logistics, for example.
Does Finance integrate with HR automatically?
Yes. Payroll in the Finance module reads employee records directly from HR. Approved expense reports in HR can be exported to accounting entries in Finance with one click.
Is there a light / Enterprise visual style?
Yes. Finance and Warehouse screens support a light Enterprise style (resembling traditional ERP software) alongside the default dark Workstation style. Toggle in Settings → Appearance → Screen Style.
Can I export data from any module?
Yes. Every list and table screen includes an Export to Excel button that downloads the current view as a .xlsx file. JSON export is also available via the Export/Import toolbar buttons.
