An introduction to TotalApp's suite of developer productivity tools.

Overview

TotalApp's Developer Tools module provides a comprehensive set of tools for software developers, DevOps engineers, and technical teams. From a multi-terminal editor to Git integration, API playgrounds, database management, and AI-assisted code analysis, Developer Tools centralizes your development workflow inside TotalApp.

Getting Started

  1. Open Developer Tools from the sidebar or the app launcher.
  2. The Dev Hub dashboard shows a summary of recent activity across all tools.
  3. Navigate to the specific tool you need using the left navigation panel.

AI Integration

Several Developer Tools are AI-enhanced:

  • Terminal Editor — AI can explain commands, suggest optimizations, and generate scripts.
  • Dev Hub Terminal — dedicated AI mode for code analysis and refactoring suggestions.
  • Security Hub — AI-powered threat analysis and remediation advice.
