Nerve Center

A unified operations dashboard for monitoring services, queues, deployments, and alerts in real time.

Overview

Nerve Center is the operational command center for technical teams. It aggregates real-time status from connected services — API health, background job queues, deployment pipelines, error rates, and active alerts — into a single dashboard.

Connecting Services

Connect services to Nerve Center from Settings → Integrations:

  • GitHub Actions — shows running and recent workflow statuses
  • AWS / GCP / Azure — shows compute and storage service health
  • Custom webhook — POST any status event to your Nerve Center webhook endpoint

Dashboard Panels

  • Service Health — traffic light grid showing connected service up/down/degraded status
  • Active Alerts — list of currently firing alerts sorted by severity
  • Deployment Feed — recent deployments across all environments
  • Queue Depths — chart of background job queue sizes over the last 24 hours
  • Error Rate — application error rate time series for the last hour

Alert Management

When an alert fires, it appears in the Active Alerts panel. From there you can:

  • Acknowledge — mark the alert as seen to stop escalation notifications
  • Assign — assign the alert to a team member
  • Resolve — mark the alert as fixed and close it

AI Assistant

Open the built-in AI Assistant from the tab on the right edge of the screen to get an executive summary of current operations. It has context on your workflow execution stats (total, completed, warned, failed, running), the running/idle status of every defined workflow, and your most recent execution history, so you can ask things like:

  • "Give me an executive summary of current operations"
  • "Which workflow is causing the most failures?"
  • "What workflows are currently running?"
  • "What should we investigate first?"

Replies you want to keep can be saved as a report with one click from the panel's bottom dock.
