Analytics & CRM

Manage customers, track deals, run your sales pipeline, and grow revenue.

Overview

The Analytics & CRM mode brings together four interconnected tools: Contacts & Deals for day-to-day customer relationship management, Accounts for customer and company master data, and the Sales Pipeline for funnel analytics and revenue forecasting. All three share the same deal and contact data — a deal updated in Contacts appears immediately in the Pipeline analytics.

Features

Contacts & Deals

Manage contacts, track deal stages through a visual Kanban pipeline, and log every interaction.

Accounts

Customer master data: a searchable customer list and a company directory with industry and size information.

Sales Pipeline

Funnel analytics, stage conversion rates, weighted revenue forecast, and rep performance breakdown.

CRM Mode

Switch to CRM App Mode from the header to see only CRM-relevant screens in your sidebar.

Activities, Deals & Deeper Analytics

Four additional screens round out the CRM suite for day-to-day execution and deeper reporting:

Activities & Tasks

Log calls, meetings, emails, and tasks against a contact and, optionally, a deal — completing one keeps Last Contact and deal activity dates current automatically.

Deals & Quotes

A flat, filterable table of every deal and quote with inline stage changes and one-click Quote-to-Deal conversion.

Revenue Analytics

Realized revenue from Closed Won deals only — total revenue, average deal size, win rate, and revenue trends by stage.

Cohort Analysis

Group customers by acquisition date and track engagement retention over time with a cohort-by-period heatmap.

CRM vs Accounts

CRM vs Accounts

The CRM (Contacts & Deals) screen is for active selling: contacts you are currently pursuing, deals in your pipeline. The Accounts screen is your master customer database: all customers past and present, organised by company. A contact in the CRM typically becomes a customer record in Accounts after a deal is won.

CRM App Mode

The CRM App Mode is pre-configured with the screens most useful for sales teams: My Apps, Workflow Editor, Analytics Dashboard, Graph Studio, Doc View, Sales Pipeline (crm-pipeline view), and Accounts. Enable it from the header mode switcher or from Settings → App Modes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a Contact and an Account?
A Contact is an individual person you are actively selling to or communicating with, tracked inside Contacts & Deals along with any open deals and interaction history. An Account is the company-level master record in the Accounts screen, holding industry, size, and long-term customer data. A Contact usually converts into (or is linked to) an Account once a deal closes and the relationship becomes an ongoing customer relationship.
Does moving a deal in the Kanban pipeline update the Sales Pipeline analytics automatically?
Yes. Contacts & Deals, Accounts, and Sales Pipeline all read from the same underlying deal and contact data. Dragging a deal card to a new stage in the Kanban view is reflected immediately in the Sales Pipeline's funnel conversion rates, weighted revenue forecast, and rep performance breakdown — there is no separate sync step.
How is the weighted revenue forecast calculated?
The Sales Pipeline screen weights each open deal's value by its current stage's typical close probability, then sums these weighted amounts across all open deals. This gives a more realistic forecast than simply totalling every deal at face value, since early-stage deals contribute less to the projected number than deals nearing close.
What does switching to CRM App Mode actually change?
CRM App Mode filters your sidebar down to the screens most relevant to sales work — My Apps, Workflow Editor, Analytics Dashboard, Graph Studio, Doc View, Sales Pipeline, and Accounts — hiding unrelated modules like HR or Warehouse. Your underlying data is unchanged; this only affects navigation. You can toggle it anytime from the header mode switcher or from Settings → App Modes, and manually add or remove individual screens from any mode afterward.
