CRM Dashboard
An executive overview of your entire CRM — total pipeline value, win rate, close rate, won-deal trends, revenue projections, and deal loss reasons in one screen.
Overview
The CRM Dashboard aggregates data from every pipeline in your CRM into a single top-level summary. Unlike Funnel Analytics or Sales Pipeline, which focus on one pipeline at a time, the Dashboard rolls every deal — across all pipelines — into eight headline KPIs, two six-month trend charts, and two breakdown donut charts. Use it as the first screen you open each morning to gauge overall CRM health before drilling into a specific pipeline.
KPI Grid
Eight stat cards covering total deals, win rate, close rate, average cycle time, pipeline value, open deals, weighted value, and average open-deal age.
Won Deals Trend
A six-month line chart of closed-won deal value, so you can see whether revenue is accelerating or slowing month over month.
Revenue Projection
A forward-looking six-month line chart of weighted deal value for open deals, grouped by expected close month.
AI Assistant
A built-in chat assistant that reads the full dashboard snapshot and answers questions about revenue health, risk concentration, and loss reasons.
Quick Start
- Navigate to CRM → CRM Dashboard from the sidebar.
- Read the eight KPI cards at the top for a headline view across all pipelines combined.
- Scan the Won Deals and Deals Projection line charts to spot revenue trends and forecast confidence.
- Review the Pipeline by Stage donut to see where deal volume is concentrated.
- Review the Deal Loss Reasons donut to see what is costing you the most lost revenue.
- Open the AI Assistant panel (right-edge tab) to ask questions about the data in plain language.
KPI Grid
Eight stat cards summarise the state of every pipeline combined:
- Total Deals — count of all deals across every pipeline (open + won + lost), with a won/lost sub-line.
- Win Rate —
won deals / (won + lost deals) × 100. Only closed deals count. - Close Rate —
closed deals / total deals × 100. Measures how much of the pipeline has reached a final outcome versus still being open. - Avg Days to Close — mean number of days between a won deal's creation date and today, across all won deals with a recorded creation date.
- Pipeline Value — sum of raw deal values across all open (non-closed) deals, across every pipeline.
- Open Deals — count of deals not yet won or lost.
- Weighted Value — each open deal's value × its probability / 100, summed. The risk-adjusted revenue forecast across the entire CRM.
- Avg Open Deal Age — mean number of days since creation for all currently open deals. A rising number over time is an early bottleneck signal.
Won Deals Trend
A line chart plotting total closed-won deal value for each of the last six calendar months, bucketed by the deal's creation month. Use this to spot whether revenue is trending up, flat, or down, and to catch a slow month early rather than at quarter-end.
Reading the Trend
A single low month is not necessarily a problem — deal cycles are lumpy. Watch for a sustained multi-month decline, which is a stronger signal that lead volume, qualification quality, or closing discipline has slipped.
Deals Projection
A forward-looking line chart covering the next six calendar months, plotting the weighted value (value × probability) of currently open deals, bucketed by each deal's expected close date. This is a forecast, not a guarantee — it reflects the confidence-adjusted value of deals as they currently stand in the pipeline.
Projection Depends on Data Quality
The projection is only as reliable as the expected close date and probability fields on each deal. Deals left with a stale or missing expected close date will not appear in the correct month, understating near-term projections. Keep these fields current in Sales Pipeline for an accurate forecast here.
Pipeline by Stage
A donut chart grouping every open and closed deal, across all pipelines, by stage title. Stages with the same name across different pipelines (e.g. "Qualified" in both a Direct Sales and a Partnerships pipeline) are merged into one slice. Hover a slice to see its exact percentage; the legend below the chart lists each stage with its raw deal count.
Deal Loss Reasons
A second donut chart, built only from deals marked Closed Lost, grouped by the recorded loss reason:
- Price — the deal was lost on cost.
- Competitor — the prospect chose a competing product.
- No Decision — the prospect never reached a decision and went cold.
- Timing — the deal was lost due to bad timing, not fit or price.
- Product — a product fit or feature gap caused the loss.
- Other — any lost deal without one of the above reasons recorded.
If no deals have been marked Closed Lost yet, this chart shows an empty state rather than a misleading zero-value donut.
AI Assistant
Every CRM Dashboard view has a built-in AI Assistant, opened from the tab on the right edge of the screen. The assistant receives the same aggregate snapshot shown on screen — KPIs, stage breakdown, loss-reason breakdown, the six-month won trend, and the six-month projection — as structured context, and answers in Markdown.
Revenue Health
Ask how healthy the overall pipeline is, based on win rate, close rate, and trend direction.
Loss Reasons
Ask what is driving lost deals and where to focus remediation effort.
Stage Risk
Ask where pipeline risk is concentrated by stage — useful for spotting a bottleneck before it shows up in the KPI numbers.
Forecast
Ask for a plain-language revenue forecast for the next six months based on the projection data.
Any assistant reply can be saved as a report via the Save as Report button, which stores it in My Reports for later reference. The assistant's AI backend follows the same Writer Engine setting configured in Settings → Agentic — Ollama and other local/in-browser engines run entirely on your machine, never through TotalApp's servers.
Relationship to Other CRM Screens
- Sales Pipeline — the operational Kanban where individual deals live and move between stages. The Dashboard is a read-only rollup of this data.
- Funnel Analytics — a per-pipeline deep dive into conversion rates and stage drop-off. The Dashboard aggregates across all pipelines instead of focusing on one.
- Accounts — the customer and company records. Deal ownership and source are set on the deal itself, not derived from the Account record.
