Template Creator

Build reusable content templates for emails, social posts, documents, and more — share them across your team.

What is Template Creator?

Template Creator lets you build reusable content structures with variable placeholders so your team can produce consistent, on-brand content without starting from scratch every time. Create templates for emails, social media posts, blog articles, presentations, proposals, and reports.

📋 Variable Placeholders

Insert {{name}}, {{company}}, {{date}} fields that get filled in at use time — no copy-pasting needed.

🤝 Team Sharing

Publish templates to your workspace so every team member works from the same approved content structure.

🏷️ Categories & Tags

Creating a Template

New Template Choose type Write content + add variables Tag & categorise Publish to team
  1. Go to Creator Tools → Template Creator in the left menu.
  2. Click New Template and select the content type (Email, Social Media, Blog, etc.).
  3. Write your template content in the editor. Use {{variable_name}} syntax for any field that changes per use.
  4. Add tags and a category so teammates can find it easily.
  5. Click Save & Publish to make it available to the workspace, or Save as Draft to keep it private.

Variable Syntax

Use double curly braces for variables: {{first_name}}, {{company_name}}, {{product_price}}. When a teammate uses the template, each variable shows as a fill-in field. Variable names are case-sensitive and cannot contain spaces — use underscores.

Using a Template

  1. Browse the template gallery or search by tag/category.
  2. Click Use Template on any published template.
  3. Fill in the variable fields shown in the form on the right panel.
  4. Preview the generated content and make any manual edits needed.
  5. Send, publish, or export directly — or copy to clipboard for use elsewhere.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I import existing templates from other tools?
Yes. You can paste content directly into the editor from Word, Google Docs, or any other tool. The editor preserves basic formatting (bold, lists, headings). After pasting, manually convert repeated text into variables with the {{variable}} syntax.
Who can edit a published template?
By default, only the template creator and workspace admins can edit a published template. You can grant edit access to specific team members from the template's settings panel (Share → Can Edit).
Is there a limit on how many templates I can create?
No limit on template count. All plans support unlimited templates. Storage limits apply only to media attachments within templates (images, PDFs).
Can I roll back to a previous version of a template?
Yes. Every edit to a template is versioned automatically. Open the template's Version History panel to see prior versions and restore any of them if a recent change breaks an existing workflow.
