App Groups
Vertical industry add-ons and Enterprise & Technical Operations modules that extend TotalApp beyond the core platform.
What are App Groups?
App Groups are optional add-on modules layered on top of TotalApp's core platform. Where the core (My Workspace, Business Operations, Productivity) ships with every plan, App Groups are purchased separately to meet specific industry or operational needs — either a Vertical Add-on for a particular industry, or an Enterprise & Technical capability aimed at IT, security, and data teams inside larger organizations.
Two Kinds of App Groups
Vertical Add-ons — Ecommerce Operations, Healthcare & Clinical Operations, Construction & Project Engineering, and Revenue Operations (RevOps) — solve problems specific to one industry.
Enterprise & Technical — Security & Compliance Operations, Engineering & Infrastructure, and Data & Intelligence Operations — are technical operations layers aimed at IT and platform teams, available only on the Enterprise package.
Vertical Add-ons
Industry-specific module groups that companies with particular regulatory or operational requirements can purchase as an add-on.
Ecommerce Operations

How App Groups Appear in the App
Inside the app, App Groups surface as filterable categories on the My Apps landing screen. Each group has its own filter chip; selecting one narrows the view to that group's screens and sub-categories, most of which are marked Soon until fully released.
