How to Generate an AI Effect
- Navigate to Creator Tools → AI Effects from the sidebar.
- Click Upload Image and select a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file. Portrait orientation with a single clear subject works best.
- Browse the template gallery. Hover over thumbnails to see a preview animation of each style.
- Select your desired template and set Quality (360p / 540p / 1080p) and Duration (5s / 8s).
- Click Generate. A progress bar shows generation status. Typical 1080p generation takes 60–90 seconds.
- When complete, preview the output in the built-in player. Click Download to save the MP4 file.
Tip: Preview at 360p First
Generate at 360p to validate a template looks right on your image. Then regenerate at 1080p for the final version. This approach saves time when exploring multiple templates on the same subject.
Image Preparation Tips
The quality of the input photo directly determines the quality of the animation output. Templates are optimized for certain image characteristics.
Ideal Image Characteristics
- Single clear subject — One primary subject in the frame. Crowded compositions confuse the model about which elements to animate.
- Portrait orientation — Vertical aspect ratios work better than landscape for most templates, which are trained on portrait-style content.
- Good lighting — Well-lit subjects with visible facial detail produce sharper, more expressive animations.
- Neutral or simple background — Complex or busy backgrounds can bleed into subject animation. Simple or blurred backgrounds give cleaner results.
- High source resolution — Even when generating at 360p, upload the highest-resolution source you have. The AI uses full image data for inference.
Template-to-Subject Matching
Character templates (Batman, Iron Man, Wonder Woman) work best on photos where the subject faces the camera with a neutral expression. Motion templates (Leggy Run, Vogue Walk) benefit from full-body shots where limbs are visible in the frame.
Output Limitations
All AI Effect outputs are silent MP4 video files. No audio is added by any template. Maximum duration is 8 seconds. To add audio, import the exported MP4 into any video editing application. The AI cannot generate effects longer than 8 seconds in a single render.
