When you sign up for TotalApp for the first time, a 4-step setup wizard greets you. Each step advances to the next once completed.

Step 1 — Account Creation

Sign Up with Email

Enter your email address and a strong password to create your account. A verification email is sent; click the link to activate your account.

Sign In with Google

Sign up in one click with your Google account. No need to create a password; authentication is handled securely via OAuth.

Join via Invite

If you received an invite from a workspace admin, click the link in the email. Your account is automatically added to that workspace.

Email Verification

Confirm the verification email sent after registration. Some features may remain restricted without verification.

Basic Information

Add your first name, last name and username; upload a profile photo. This information is visible to other members in collaborative projects.

Professional Details

Specify your industry, role and company. This information is used for personalised content recommendations and connecting with the relevant community.

Creative Preferences

Select your preferred content types, artistic styles and platforms. Receive personalised templates and recommendations.

Language & Region

Choose your interface language (Turkish / English) and region. Important for localised content suggestions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to complete all 4 setup steps before I can use TotalApp?

Yes, the setup wizard walks you through Create Account, Set Up Profile, Choose Plan, and Ready! in order — each step must be completed before the next one unlocks. If you close the browser mid-setup, TotalApp resumes you at the step you left off on the next time you sign in, so you never lose progress.

What's the difference between signing up with email, Google, and an invite link?

Email sign-up requires a password and sends a verification email you must click to activate the account. Google sign-in skips password creation entirely and authenticates via OAuth in one click. An invite link (sent by a workspace admin) automatically adds your new account to that admin's workspace as soon as you accept it — you don't need to separately request access afterward.

Can I change my plan after finishing the setup wizard?

Yes. The Step 3 plan choice (Free, Pro, Business, or Enterprise) is just your starting point, not a permanent lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing cycle at any time from Account Settings → Subscription Management — see the Subscription Management page for details on how prorated billing is handled.

Is email verification mandatory, and what happens if I skip it?

Verification isn't required to create the account, but some features remain restricted until you click the link in the verification email. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder first; you can also trigger a new verification email from Account Settings → Security & Privacy.
