Profile Settings

Access your account settings from the profile menu in the top-right corner. Click your avatar or initials to open the dropdown, then select Settings.

Personal Information

Update your name, username and email address. Changes to email require re-verification for security purposes.

Profile Photo

Upload or change your profile picture. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF up to 5 MB. Your photo is visible to collaborators.

Language & Region

Set your preferred interface language (English / Turkish) and regional date and number formatting.

Professional Details

Update your job title, industry and company to improve personalised content recommendations.

Appearance Settings

Theme

Choose between Light, Dark or System theme. The System option automatically follows your device's appearance settings.

Layout Preferences

Customise sidebar position, panel widths and default view modes for list and grid displays.

AI Assistant Panel

Configure AI assistant panel width, auto-open behaviour, suggestion display and typing indicators.

Default Tool Settings

AI Engine: Choose between API mode, Local CLI or Local LLM for AI-powered features
Output Mode: Set default output display — modal or terminal inline — for writer tools
Add Record Mode: Set whether new records open as a modal dialog or side panel
Screen Style: Choose between Workstation (dark glassmorphism) and Enterprise (light corporate) styles

Frequently Asked Questions

Do my appearance settings sync across devices?

No — theme, font size and layout preferences are saved per-browser, not per-account. If you switch to a new device or browser, you'll need to reconfigure these settings there. Profile information, security preferences and default tool settings, however, are stored on your account and apply everywhere you sign in.

Why do I need to re-verify my email after changing it?

Email changes require re-verification as a security measure to confirm you own the new address and to prevent account takeover. You'll receive a verification link at the new email — your account keeps using the old address until you click it.

What's the difference between the AI Engine options (API, Local CLI, Local LLM)?

API mode calls the hosted Anthropic API and requires an API key or active subscription. Local CLI routes requests through the Claude CLI installed on your machine. Local LLM uses an on-device BERT model for intent classification only — it cannot generate full text content. Choose based on your privacy needs, cost preferences and whether you need full AI writing capability.

Do settings changes take effect immediately?

Yes. All settings changes — theme, layout, AI engine, add record mode and screen style — apply instantly across the app without requiring a page reload or re-login.
