Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Sales Intelligence and MatrixEngine scoring.

What data should I paste into the content sandbox?

Paste discovery call transcripts, LinkedIn profile summaries, CRM notes, email threads, or any background research you have on the lead. The AI acts as a strict critic — the richer and more honest the input, the more accurate the score. Do not summarise or sanitise the content; paste it raw so the model can surface weaknesses as well as strengths.

Can I re-analyze a lead after a follow-up call?

Yes. Simply update the content sandbox with new information — add the follow-up call notes, updated budget figures, or a revised LinkedIn snapshot — and click Analyze again. The previous result is overwritten with the fresh evaluation. There is no limit on how many times you can re-run a lead.

Which AI engine does Sales Intelligence use?

Sales Intelligence routes to the engine configured in Settings → Writer Engine. In API mode with Cohere selected, it uses command-r7b-12-2024. In API mode with Anthropic selected, it uses claude-sonnet-4-6. In Local CLI mode (when no API key is present), it calls claude --print via the Claude CLI. All three paths produce the same two-phase Linter + Critic output format.
