App Modes shape TotalApp to your role. Switch from HR to Finance to Developer in one click — your data and pinned screens stay exactly where you left them.
The mode switcher button sits permanently in the top-right of the header. One click cycles to the next mode; the dropdown lists every mode so you can jump directly — no page reload, no data loss.

Modes are starting points, not prisons. Open the Manage Screens modal and add any screen from any mode to your current workspace — or remove ones you never use.
Each mode configures a purpose-built set of screens. You can always add extra screens from any mode via Manage Screens.
