Enterprise Mind is the memory and decision engine built into TotalApp. It records every decision and outcome across your modules, recalls them with sources, and earns autonomy one approved action at a time.
Memory stays inside your tenant. Autonomy is off until you turn it on.
Memory, the Decision Ledger and Recall hold what your company knows. The Brain reads all of it, compares the options for a decision, and suggests with evidence, inside the limits you set.
*Every feature reads a different part of the memory. Every action waits for the autonomy level an administrator granted.
Follow one delayed shipment through all six steps. Click a step, or keep following the next one.
A delivery update should reach more than an inbox. Enterprise Mind connects it to the orders, commitments, stock and people it affects.
Recall brings back the closest earlier cases, what was decided and how it ended, each linked to the record it came from.
Risk and likelihood are estimated from your own history. Each estimate shows how sure it is, so a weak guess is never mistaken for a strong one.
Allowed options are scored on your history and checked against policy. The recommendation arrives with the alternatives it beat.
Approved actions come from a fixed catalog and run at the autonomy level an administrator granted. Anything else waits for a person.
When the goods arrive the result is recorded and compared with the prediction. Patterns become proposed rules that an administrator can approve.
Most companies lose the reasoning behind a decision the day after it is made. Enterprise Mind keeps it, and lets it work for you.
Enterprise Mind is a core TotalApp engine. It uses your roles, tenants and audit trail directly, with no separate service to connect.
Recall returns the original record, who decided and when. Conflicting sources stay visible instead of being averaged away.
Each action class climbs a ladder from observe to auto-run. Promotion needs measured acceptance and a way to undo.
A confident model still cannot exceed a spending limit, touch sensitive data or run an action that cannot be reversed.
Run it on a cloud model or on a local one. Data sovereignty follows the engine you pick in Settings.
Ask what was known on a given date. Events keep when they happened and when they were recorded.
Command Centers, workflows and voice agents all write to and read from the same memory. No exports, no sync jobs.
Roles, capabilities and tenant isolation you already configured decide who can recall, suggest, approve or execute.
Bring your own model, cloud or local. Memory and policy stay the same whichever engine answers.
Approvals, overrides and outcomes are written once to an append-only ledger, with who decided, under which role, and why.
Open a record and Enterprise Mind surfaces similar past decisions and their results, each with the record it came from.
Each action class moves from observe to suggest, approve and limited auto-run, only after its acceptance rate proves it.
Every suggestion shows why it was made, how sure it is and what it will do. Approve, edit or reject in one place.
Enterprise Mind compares what it expected with what happened, finds patterns, and proposes rules that an admin can approve.
Voice agents answer in the caller's language, create the record, and write what they learned to the same memory your team uses.
Data classes, retention and masking are admin settings. Sensitive data stays out unless you explicitly let it in.
Six steps repeat on every decision, so each outcome makes the next suggestion better.
Decisions, overrides, outcomes and call summaries flow in from every module.
Sourced, versioned and time-aware. Conflicts are kept, not hidden.
Risk and likelihood scores use your own history, with an honest confidence.
Options are checked against policy before anyone sees a suggestion.
Only catalog actions, only with the right approval or autonomy level.
Outcomes refine suggestions and propose rules an admin can approve.
Switch Enterprise Mind on per module. Each module starts at observe and suggest, and you decide how far it climbs.

No. It is a core engine inside TotalApp. It uses your existing roles, tenant isolation and audit trail, so there is nothing to install or sync.
Only where you allow it. Every action class starts at observe or suggest. Auto-run exists only for low-risk, reversible actions inside limits you set, and a kill switch returns everything to observe.
It records business decisions, not clicks or screen time. Admins can choose to learn at role level instead of person level.
Collections are classed public, internal or sensitive. Sensitive data stays out of the memory unless an admin turns it on, and PII is masked before it reaches any model.
The one you pick in Settings, cloud or local. Memory, policy and approvals behave the same either way.
It is being rolled out module by module, starting with Hospitality and FleetOps. The coverage table above shows the planned levels.
